ESTATE AGENCY MARKETING, COMMUNICATION & INNOVATION
Berkshire's most progressive, independent Estate Agency covering the heart of the Thames Valley with 6 offices.
Bungalow Industries’ consultative approach and focus on customer experience has proved invaluable to Berkshire-based Prospect Estate Agency.

From their Streets Ahead minis, feature-packed website, particulars still to be rivalled, compelling strategic marketing and sleek Premier brand, Prospect Estate Agency is a hot property... and Bungalow is the home of instruction-winning ideas.
Understanding the requirement of an estate agency website to go beyond a mere search facility and to build trust, rapport and brand loyalty with customers, Bungalow designed Prospect's website from the ground up.
An attention-grabbing, lifestyle-focused, information-packed, feature-rich front-end design is underpinned by our three-fold search mechanism (honed from our experience in property search).
We put our property expertise to good use in fully copy writing the site - from home-spun catchy titles to step-by-step guides to buying, selling, renting and letting. We devised the site architecture, the promobox placement, the contact forms - even a comprehensive community relations section, and provided the developers with an 80+ page instruction manual for the build.

House hunters will find a property quickly with the powerful, intuitive search engine driving the site.
Clear listings lead through to property details featuring large bright photographs of each property, well presented in a logical format.
'Next steps' include online arrangement of viewings, saving properties to a favorites list and organising mortgage and conveyancing quotes.
A complete suite of property press templates with interchangeable billboards, promo boxes and editorial banners... Plus creation of a template for regular in-house publication of the client's own property bulletins.
Provided with a business outcome, our strategic flyers hit targets, demographics... and with bespoke, informative editorial content and crafted graphics, they also hit home.
Headlines, slogans, taglines - we create them all.
Embracing new formats for marketing, Prospect tweet on Twitter! We provide Prospect's voice on Twitter, tweeting property-related news views and a literal bird's eye view of the property and money markets.
HTML emails repurpose existing artwork and are delivered at the push of a button to an entire mailing list, giving engaging information about initiatives, promotions and services.
Our full copywriting, design, layout and typesetting skills were put to great use in producing six editions of a fun, feature and information-packed newsletter to engage with the client's local community.
From editing supplied market comment, to originating new copy, we typeset editorials and promospots and supply to the property papers in good-to-go press-ready format.
A comprehensive corporate book fully designed and copywritten by us to engage the reader and to pre-empt and answer many questions they may have. A proven tool in winning instructions.
Presenting the Prospect brand, ethos and progressive approach, it takes the reader through the journey, persuades with a broadly appealing lifestyle feel, and offers a bright, engaging, informative synopsis.
In addition to the main brand, Prospect's PhD (Premier Homes of Distinction) brand has a marketing book, designed and copywritten by ourselves. With language and layout tailored to the upper end of the market, the publication clearly adds distinction to the brand and its service.
We created a new magazine-style template for Prospect's particulars, liaising with DezRez to implement them into their system.
A clear instruction winner, and the subject of several successful marketing campaigns, the particulars included innovations such as our 'my viewing box' to add interactivity and retention value.

We designed and typeset Prospect's 24 page Essential Residential Lettings Guide, making it available electronically via their website too.
We also designed their HIP cover and a raft of marketing and materials to accompany its introduction.
Supporting materials from folders to feedback questionnaires all form part of the customer experience and are all clean, sharp and on-brand.
After coining the PhD moniker for the rebrand of Prospect's premier service, adding the taglines became academic to Bungalow Industries.
'An educated choice'... 'The higher degree of marketing'... 'Prospect have graduated'... The PhD brand was borne into a context of first class phrasing and masterful design carried through from screen to print to a smartly branded black mini for a discreet move.
Prospect's PhD brand frequents premier society publications such as Berkshire Life.
Not ones to rest on their laurels, Prospect always go the extra mile!...
With a fleet of ten minis to wrap, designs on having an A-to-Z map on the roof, and the catchy Streets Ahead line in our heads, we went the extra step and placed the cheeky car at the centre of a marketing campaign!
From flyers to press adverts to car-park banners to window stickers, the Streets Ahead mini was a big hit!
We even devised a Mini Makeover competition for the local children to design their own mini liveries with downloadable mini templates - and, of course, great press coverage of the results!
It is so refreshing to working with Bungalow as they are truly passionate about their work, and I never cease to be impressed by the quality of ideas, concepts and marketing materials they produce.
With such a sharp perspective on the property market coupled with incisive insight into consumer trends and the importance they place on end-user experience, Bungalow have made a significant contribution to our business.
